Karianne Kadyk— Office Manager

Having joined Huppert Law Firm, PLLC in 2006, Karianne is responsible for ensuring the best possible results for claims placed with our office. Karianne is committed to maintaining close contact with clients, forwarders and attorneys on a regular basis in order to provide the best possible customer service and awareness necessary to succeed with recovery.

Shaun Huppert—Managing Attorney

Shaun’s strong background in litigation allows the firm to handle a wide variety of legal issues, ranging from complex insurance subrogation, to disputes regarding commercial transactions.

In 2000, Shaun received his B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington in Washington State. He also attended school at the University of Oslo, in Oslo, Norway, during the summer of 1998. Shaun received his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in Washington State, where he was active in many Moot Court competitions. Shaun also worked as a Rule Nine Intern while at Seattle University, where he represented defendants in criminal proceedings.

James Anderson—Associate Attorney

Jimmy graduated Seattle University School of Law 2008. Jimmy graduated from Central Washington University in 2003 with a B.S. in Flight Technology, cum laude, with a specialization in Aviation Management. He also graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy, cum laude. While at Central, Jimmy became a licensed pilot and served as an intern at the National Transportation Safety Board as an Aircraft Accident Investigator. Jimmy is admitted to practice in Federal and Washington State Courts.

After graduating from Seattle University in 2003, Shaun worked at the Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons in Kent, Washington. From there, Shaun worked as an attorney at the Pierce County Department of Assigned Counsel. Shaun’s time at the Department of Assigned Counsel gave him the litigation experience that he uses today to try civil cases.

On February 1, 2005, Shaun opened the doors of the Huppert Law Firm, PLLC, and began using his litigation experience to serve insurance and commercial clients. Since that time Shaun’s work at the firm has garnered him recognition from A.M. Best, as an Insurance Attorney. Now, Shaun focuses on collection, insurance, and commercial matters. Shaun also attends local and national CLE’s in order to further his legal expertise. Shaun is licensed to practice in Federal and Washington State Courts.

Shaun is active in many organizations including: A.M. Best, The Commercial Law League of America, The National Association of Subrogation Professionals, The National List of Attorneys, The General Bar, The Fowarder’s List of Attorneys, and American Lawyer’s Quarterly.

Before working at Shaun’s office, Jimmy worked for the King County Dispute Resolution center as a conciliator and mediator. He began working at the Huppert Law Firm, PLLC in 2007 as a Summer Associate.

She has extensive knowledge of claims handling and Washington court rules and procedures, thus equipping her with necessary tools to successfully manage a high volume of claims efficiently and effectively. Karianne understands how important client relations are and prides herself in her responsiveness and ability to assist clients. With over 10 year’s of customer relations experience, she is exceptionally suited in her leadership role as our legal coordinator.

Jennifer Foulkes

Jennifer joined Huppert Law Firm, PLLC in October 2009. Jennifer got her Paralegal degree in 1996 from Edmonds Community College and went on to get her Bachelors degree in World Studies from the University of Washington in 2001. Prior to joining the firm Jennifer was active as a real estate agent for several years.

With Jennifer’s legal background from working at the prosecutors office and her client relation skills she is a wonderful asset to the firm.

Amanda Redetzke—Legal Assistant

Amanda started at Huppert Law Firm, PLLC in May 2008. She assists everyone in the office with whatever needs to happen. Her extensive customer service background gives her the experience required to do her job in the most efficient and professional way.
